Together, we bring wood to life

Bosco Line is more than a surface.
It is a carefully developed material that combines the visual richness of aged wood with the reliability of new timber.

Each piece carries depth, texture and character shaped by craftsmanship.

Authentic Surface

The character of Bosco Line lies in its surface. Deep grain, cracks and natural irregularities create a structure that resembles wood aged over decades.

Crafted Texture

Each surface is shaped through a controlled process and hand-finishing. No two pieces are identical — every element carries a unique visual identity.

Tactile Experience

Bosco Line is not only seen — it is experienced. The depth and texture of the surface create a tactile presence that cannot be fully captured in images.s

Natural Character

Inspired by nature, developed through craftsmanship. The material reflects the raw beauty of aged wood while maintaining consistency and control.

Material Stability

While the appearance reflects aged wood, the structure is based on new, stable materials. This ensures reliability in modern applications.

Versatile Use

Suitable for flooring, wall and ceiling cladding, staircases and furniture. Bosco Line adapts to both architectural and interior applications.

01 Material Selection

Carefully selected pine and oak form the foundation of every Bosco Line product. The natural characteristics of the raw material play a key role in how the final surface evolves.

02 Controlled Transformation

Through a complex, multi-step process — involving nearly 20 carefully developed stages — the wood undergoes a controlled transformation. During this phase, the grain structure is enhanced, and the surface begins to develop the depth and character of naturally aged wood.

03 Craft & Refinement

Each piece is further refined through precise techniques and hand-finishing. This stage ensures that every surface remains unique, with subtle irregularities and authentic texture.

04 Authentic Result

The result is a material that visually reflects decades of natural aging — recreated within a controlled timeframe. While certain structural steps remain part of our proprietary process, the outcome is fully tangible: a surface that can be seen, touched and experienced.

Inside the Bosco line

A process shaped by craftsmanship, guided by experience, and refined over years.

Selected from Nature

Every Bosco Line surface begins with carefully selected logs.
The material is cut, refined and prepared — preserving its natural irregularities and character.

Shaping the Surface

Through a series of mechanical interventions and hand-applied details, the wood gradually evolves.

  • Textures are shaped
  • Knots are emphasized
  • Depth is created layer by layer.

Step by stepx, the material evolves.

Depth & Tone

Special processes — partly based on natural reactions — develop deep, aged tones within the material.

Steam, pressure and time further guide the transformation.

Each step adds character.

Refined by Hand

Certain details cannot be automated.

They are placed, shaped and refined by hand — ensuring that no two surfaces are ever identical.
